My work was increasing and the business expanding, so a limited company was set up with two more directors and a sales office and warehouse in Derbyshire; ‘Mike Ayres and Co. Ltd.’ As is often the case, this didn’t work, because of conflict of interests, philosophy and greed by others who became involved with the company.
(By the way, this company no longer exists).

I separated from this company to save my sanity, family and professional integrity, and continued to design and manufacture under my own name as ‘Mike Ayres Design’.

Strangely enough, another company appeared just after that calling itself ‘Mike Ayres Design and Development’.
The people involved were some of the old gang! Needless to say, I had nothing whatsoever to do with this company.
It still exists to this day!

Was it and is it trying to undermine my work or cash in on my reputation or just function as an honest trader, who knows!
I will leave you to draw your own conclusions.

Anyway, Mike Ayres Design (that’s the real me) became a limited company in 1998.
So you can see that I really have been doing this Sensory stuff for over 30 years.
